Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains SendBM paid access purchases, including yearly and lifetime plans. SendBM provides a 1-day trial before purchase, and paid purchases are non-refundable once completed.

1-day trial

  • SendBM may offer a 1-day free trial so users can evaluate the platform before upgrading.
  • Users should test the core workflow during the trial, including dashboard access, WhatsApp connection, campaign setup, and support access.

Yearly and lifetime purchases

  • SendBM Ultimate Yearly is a one-time yearly access purchase. SendBM Ultimate Lifetime is a one-time lifetime access purchase.
  • These purchases do not create recurring auto debit. Once payment is completed after trial availability, the order is treated as final and non-refundable.

Non-refundable situations

  • Refunds are not provided after paid yearly or lifetime purchase, including change of mind, wrong purchase, lack of usage, policy violation, abuse, heavy usage, unauthorized activity, or failure to test during the trial.
  • Refunds are also not provided for third-party costs, payment gateway charges, WhatsApp-related restrictions, number bans, contact list issues, delivery outcomes, proxy changes, temporary sending interruptions, domain costs, hosting costs, or external tools.

Software not working claims

  • SendBM is bulk sender software and may depend on proxies, sessions, queues, WhatsApp availability, hosting, and other third-party systems. Temporary pauses can happen during proxy changes or session refreshes and may resume after a short time.
  • A refund request based only on a vague claim that the software is not working is not accepted after trial and purchase unless SendBM verifies a platform-wide failure that prevents purchased access according to the plan terms.

Disputes and chargebacks

  • Because a free trial is available before purchase, a paid upgrade is treated as an informed buying decision.
  • If a chargeback or dispute is raised after paid access is delivered, SendBM may contest it using trial availability, login records, purchase records, policy pages, access logs, and payment records.
